Top Ten Tuesday: Books From My Favorite Genre

TTT - Books From My Favourite Genre.JPG

Hi y’all and happy Top Ten Tuesday!

It’s been a while since I participated in this. Mainly because the weekly themes didn’t really resonate with me, and I don’t like to spend ages, trying to make the books I’ve read, fit in. But this week the theme is: Books From My Favorite Genre, and who doesn’t love to show off their favourite books?

So my favourite genre is romance, yeah I know, no surprise there! But it is a broad one with so many sub-genres to choose from. So this week I’ll be showing my top ten reverse harem books/series.

The Four Horsemen by L. J. Swallow

This is the series that introduced me to reverse harem books. I was sat at work being bored, looking through Goodreads and Google for books about The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. That’s when Legacy popped up, and I just had to give it a read. Since then this genre have dominated like 80% of the books I’ve read lol.

Their Vampire Queen by Joely Sue Burkhart

This series is nothing short of amazing! The vampire lore mixed with mythology, is not just a breath of fresh air, it’s a testament to the amount of research that went into creating these master pieces.

Rock-Hard Beautiful by C.M. Stunich

The first contemporary reverse harem series I ever read! And the only I not just liked, but adored. This is such a beautiful story about going from survivor to living your life, and learning to open your heart to the different kinds of love life offers.

Order of the Akasha by E. M. Moore

Erin’s love of Salem and everything witch related is clear to spot, in her series about a hot coven o’ witches.

The Dark Side by Kristy Cunning

The level of snark, sass, dark humour and pop referenced that are so bad they become fun are amazing. Seriously, this series is as hilarious as it’s unholy!!

Unicorn Blessed Chronicles by Yumoyori Wilson

It’s got everything a unicorn lover could ever wish for!!

The Dragon Shifter’s Mates by Eva Chase

A brilliant series for those (like me) who doesn’t like when everyone instantly fawns over the heroine!

Okay, so finding a top ten was harder than I thought as I didn’t want to portray more than one series per author. So instead this is my top seven for this week.
