Dragon's Fate

Ladies and Gents, I fell in love when I read the Dragon’s Guard and Eva Chase has not been disappointing through out The Dragon Shifter’s Mates series. Like in the previous books, this one picks up right where we we’re left in the previous instalment and, as much as they’d want it life is still neither normal, nor safe, for Serenity and her 4 alphas:

Aaron: Avian kin
Marco: Feline kin
West: Canine kin
Nate: Disparate kin

A supernatural war is brewing, which doesn’t only affect he shifter community, because now the blood-suckers have joined forces with the rogues. Whilst fire can destroy vampires, it’s still considered against the shifter laws to use weapons you don’t have au natural. Therefore, with only one dragon shifter, it falls to Ren to supply the fire. Our kick-ass FMC is getting not only stronger, but wiser and more compassionate, and in order to save her all of her kin she needs to apply all 3!

As a follow-up from previous review I need to apologise to Kylie! That girl is almost more fierce than her dragon BFF.

I can honestly say, that I’ve enjoyed the heck out of this series especially as each of the characters have grown leaps and bounds from where they all started. I really like that Eva doesn’t only pay attention to the main characters, she’s also made sure that Kylie isn’t forgotten in the chaos. Personally, I like it when the secondary characters are looked after too, otherwise why even include them in the first place?
