Summoned by Magic

Right, okay… I just finished this book and I absolutely loved it 💖 I love the world E. M. Moore has created and, each of the witches she is introducing us to (I have a feeling I’ll be team Travis in time).

Our leading lady Norah lives in New Orleans and is the latest descendant of a line of voodoo witches, on her mother’s side. Six months prior to the story starting her Granny died and Norah starts to feel a pull which leads her straight to Salem, and the hearts of 4 (Well 3 for now) male witches:

Liam
Travis
Gabe
Randy

However, Norahs arrival isn’t as easy as things may seem because apparently she belongs to the coven made up by the four male witches, however, as a woman it’s unheard of that she can be the long awaited fifth member. Norah and the guys can’t avoid the magical connection, that pulls them all together, but even so not everyone is willing to just open up. At the same time dark forces are plotting against the coven, so they need to make decisions, not only based on their personal preferential, but mainly based on what best serves their coven!

I love that Norah isn’t your typical Reverse-Harem-virgin-damsel-in-distress and, she definitely doesn’t have the infamous unique-snowflake-syndrome! She’s a kick-ass voodoo witch who’s not ashamed of her sexuality in fact, she’s so open about it that some sharing and voyeurism takes place. Erin nails the sexy times within these pages and while you can practically feel the steam evaporate, it doesn’t become sleazy or too much in anyway. I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait to read the next one!
